Green Recycled Glass Tiles with a Canadian Touch

I was surfing around and ended up in Canada. Virtually, of course. What attracted me was the semi-precious stone-like material stuck to that green tiled wall. It turned out that they weren’t semi-precious stones at all. In fact it’s humble recycled glass. I bet these high-class tiles has started out as beer bottles. Because it looks so different, they’re called the Agates Collection.

Made from 100% recycled glass, these decorative pebbles are available in meshed sheets for borders (up to 12 inches long) and also as 6-inch and 12-inch tiles.

You might ask what good can these tiles make in the UK as long as they are in Canada. Well, the good news is that apparently they are available from two locations in the UK. You can check these two Domus shops but expect to pay top buck (sorry, quid) for these beauties!

  1. Wow! What a great idea! I’m going to look around to see if this is available in the states. I always have homeowners who are looking for some chic and different! Luxury homeowners always want what someone else doesn’t have!

    Thanks for the great post!

  2. Yeah, they are amazing. Unfortunately, to my best knowledge, Interstyle is not available in the States. However, you could try pinging them an email, see what they say.
