- 4. The winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the actual draw.
- 5. By accepting these terms and conditions the winner agrees that his/her first name and town is published on the Green Home Design website.
- 6. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
- 7. The competition is not open to persons affiliated with Green Home Design or Energenie (including their immediate families).
- 8. Entrants to the competition must ensure that the submission details are completed correctly.
- 9. One winner will be chosen at random from the right answers received.
- 10. The winning entry is at the discretion of the prize draw manager. The decision of the Prize Draw Manager is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 11. The prize is an Energenie appliance consumption meter device (normal retail price £12.99).
- 12. No runner-up prizes available.
- 13. The prize cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent nor may a cash alternative be offered in any circumstances.
- 14. Green Home Design reserves the right to alter, amend or otherwise change the terms and conditions in the interest of the consumer without prior notification.

- 16. All information submitted to Green Home Design are treated with confidentiality and your name and email address will not be sold, lent or traded with 3rd parties under any circumstances.
