Whether you’re just doing a small DIY project or planning to build a new zero-carbon home from scratch, there’s an event you simply cannot afford to miss. It’s the Big Green Home Show 2014 taking place in the National Self Build and Renovation Centre, Swindon from Friday, 29th to Sunday 31st October. If you book your tickets in advance, entry is free. There will be entry price on door, though.
The event will be packed with fresh information and expert advice. Apart from a wide range of exhibitors, there will be interesting seminars going on and the “Ask the Experts” area where visitors will have a chance to consult some of the country’s top experts regarding any specific questions.
Probably the most important theme of the show will be the new Feed-in tariffs and Renewable heat incentives. You’ll see that during the last few years building green has become affordable like never before.
The National Self Build and Renovation Centre is a permanent visitor centre geared towards inspiring DIY enthusiasts and self-builders to build in an eco-friendly way.
