Just spotted a nice new green real estate development in Denver, Colorado. It has received LEED Gold certification. In USA if you buy LEED certified residential real estate, you might qualify for a homebuyers credit. In this case it is $8,000.
This green house looks really nice. We would need more of those here in London. This is just the style for the modern sub-urban developments.
This Denver condo is close to a park and not too far away from the centre. It has got solar panels on the roof, top quality insulation and sophisticated finishes using eco paint and other green materials. The developer claims that the paint used will keep the bugs away.
