Now to my favourite part of the house – the bathroom complex. It starts on the left from the hall with a small corridor. It leads to the WC, Russian steambath and a huge marvellous bathroom.

This is one of the most expensive 3-bedroom homes I’ve seen in my life. The house has a wonderful water-management system: a 2500-gallon rainwater storage system and a grey-water system.
