Brooklyn, New York-based Jordan Parnass Digital Architecture studio has solved the life-long problem of crammed apartments. This one is just 400 square feet and considering the owners use the flat both for living and working, accommodating a living space and home office was a big challenge. The solution? Integrated storage space, including storage built in within the staircase. Do you have a staircase in your home? Imagine how much useful space goes to waste! The red areas in the 3D scheme shows the integrated storage space that the JPDA managed to fit into this really tiny apartment.
