The reason why I’m showing you this picture is to illustrate how one can work around the trees in a way that’s not intrusive to the environment and keeps the design integrity of the house.
We are often required to work on tight and crammed building sites. In many cases a site cannot be used to its full potential because of some free-growing trees. What to do if you don’t get a permission to cut it or if you don’t want to cut it out of environmental considerations?
A green home can encompass a tree making it part of its design. The wooden decking of the Japanese Shell house clearly shows that it is doable.
I want to congratulate who made the design of this house. It’s nature friendly. They really preserved the natural habitat of the tress.
Wow, what a beautiful house and deck. Is it not amazing what we can do when we work outside the box? This type of design/building is so respectful our our environment. . . way to go! I wish more people would follow this example instead of clearing off all the trees etc. when building a new house.
